Sales Presenter
Immediate opening for highly experienced and
articulate sales person to work with successful
Real Estate Investment Company. Duties include
planning and conducting sales seminars to
potential clients in a group setting. Must be
capable of developing a consistent, persuasive and
dynamic oral presentation. We need an individual
who can stand before a group and create excitement
and enthusiasm for our product. Our goal is to
successfully recruit individuals to enroll in a
fee-based 2-day training session. Requirements
include vibrant personality, computer knowledge,
and outstanding speaking skills. Position includes
managing and coordinating staff members which
include sales assistant and administrative
assistants. Will also work directly with company
CEO and the company’s Public Relations and
Advertising firm to coordinate all marketing
programs. Must display strong work ethic. Must be
able to fully comprehend of study materials which
Company will provide prior to start of seminars.
Mandatory Rehearsal with mock audience prior to
first seminar. Excessive travel (Paid expenses).
Flat fee per Seminar plus commission for each paid
registrant.

Sales Assistant
Immediate opening for enthusiastic, self-motivated
individual to work with successful Real Estate
Investment Company. Sales experience and computer
skills required. Sales Assistant will work
directly with our Sales Presenter in the execution
and set-up of a series of sales seminars. Duties
include managing and coordinating all materials
used in the seminars, assist in preparation for
presentations, some administrative tasks. Must
have vibrant personality and excellent speaking
skills. Ability to follow directions and work
under deadlines. This a perfect job if you are
looking for a long-term career with room to grow.
Excessive travel required (Paid Expenses). Salary,

Sales Trainer / Instructor
Two immediate openings for two experienced
trainer/instructor with outstanding verbal skills
and ability to close. Real estate background and
Bachelors degree preferred but not required if you
meet other qualifications. This unique position
demands a dynamic and vibrant personality plus a
polished, professional appearance. Organizational
skills of utmost importance.
Primary duties involve conducting week-end
seminars 9a.m.-5p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Participants have registered and paid for a real
estate training program in advance to learn our
methods of successfully purchasing and profiting
on foreclosed properties within the current real
estate market. Verbal inter-action between
instructor and participants in a classroom-like
environment. Must be able to coordinate group
lesson plans discussions and role-playing
activities.
Extensive travel is required (Paid Expenses). Pay
Plan based on $250 per each seminar $500 per
week-end
Additional duties and requirements are as follows:
Must have the ability to connect and excite an
audience with limited use of audio-visual
materials and written notes
Must be committed to studying reading materials
provided by employer
Must be dedicated to learning the fundamental
principles of our program
Must respect the importance of being prompt and
organized at all times
Must agree to provide a 2 to 4 minute on-camera
DVD of you so that the company can evaluate your
verbal presentation skills. *Applicants selected
from DVD presentation will be contacted for an
in-person interview.
Mandatory wardrobe requires fashionable
dark-colored suit and limited use of jewelry
